When opting for a cocktail, who wants to waste calories on a drink that’s “not so good”. Recently I was dining at Aperitif Bistro and met Bar Master & Mixologist, Andrew Goldberg. Well let me tell you, Andrew stirred up by far the best martini ever. It was perfectly chilled and not shaken to death.
The martini glass was first chilled with ice, when the glass was ready Andrew did his mixing magic, lastly then martini was lightly stirred. The result, was an “absolute” perfection of ingredients, thirst quenching, delicious, and The Best Martini EVER!
